Professional Experience

I began my career with Telstra in 1999, where I spent 17 years opening and managing multiple retail and business centres. During this time, I built and led high-performance sales teams that delivered consistent revenue growth and strong customer satisfaction.

In 2014, I launched Australia’s first Vodafone Business Centre, growing the client base to more than 17,600 clients by 2017.

Today, I am focused on pioneering IoT and satellite connectivity. My work includes:

• Developing direct-to-cell technologies in collaboration with SpaceX Starlink and low-orbit satellites.

• Designing and building custom PCBs, schematics, and purpose-built assistive devices for NDIS participants, ensuring reliable connectivity in remote and critical care environments.

• Deploying triple-redundant IoT sensor systems (NB-IoT, LoRaWAN, and satellite) that use Edge AI for radar and distance sensing, enabling smart flood mitigation and environmental monitoring for councils and communities.\

As a Sales Director, I specialise in building exceptional sales teams through leadership, coaching, and fostering a collaborative, innovative work culture. My approach empowers team members, encourages idea sharing, and ensures clear goals with ongoing support. This has consistently resulted in sustained growth and strong client outcomes.
